ALL FULL CONTACT AND PADDED CONTACT COMPETITORS MUST ATTEND WEIGH-IN ON THE MORNING OF THE EVENT AT THE VENUE from 9am or on the day prior from 2pm to 5pm.
IN THE EVENT A COMPETITOR FAILS TO MAKE THE WEIGHT OF THE NOMINATED DIVISION THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT A SUITABLE DIVISION IS AVAILABLE AND MAY NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE.
ADULTS FULL CONTACT - PLEASE PRESENT YOUR DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE STATING THAT YOU ARE FIT TO PARTICIPATE IN A FULL CONTACT EVENT AT THE TIME OF WEIGH IN.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT:
1. In participating in this event, I understand and accept that the activities are dangerous and the risk of harm involved including personal injury or death, damage to property or economic loss.
2. I release and waive all liability in respect of this event (or its agents, employees or contractors), that may otherwise have arisen as a result of my participation in the tournament.
3. I understand that this event (or its agents, employees or contacts) will not be liable for the cost of treatment of any injuries that may be sustained as a result of participating.
4. By participating in this event and during this event, (if not already a member) I agree that I become a member of RKKA for this event only and agree to obey by the rules of the tournament.
5. I have read and understood the rules of the competition and agree to obey by those rules including those communicated on the day of the competition or otherwise updated or advised by the tournament and/or match officials.
6. I accept the risks involved and are responsible for my own actions and/or involvement.
7. Adults over 18 years: a doctor's certificate stating the applicant is fit to participate in a full-contact tournament must be produced on the day of the event and must not be more that 4 weeks old.
8. Photographs and videos may be taken on the day and shared on social media and/or websites.

COMPULSORY (ALL ADULTS)
Male Full Contact: mouth guard, groin guard
Veterans Padded Contact: mouth guard, groin guard & shin/instep protector (provided by competitor) head guard, chest protector & gloves - recommended to provide own however they will also be provided by RKKA to borrow on the day and antiseptic wipes also available to wipe after and before use
Female Full Contact :mouth guard, chest protector*
OPTIONAL (ADULTS FULL CONTACT MALE AND FEMALE – 5TH KYU & UNDER)

* NB only “soft” type breast protectors are permitted and must not cover the solar plexus. All protectors must be approved prior to the bout. Any female competitor fighting with an unapproved breast protector will be disqualified.
PADDED EQUIPMENT SHOULD YOU WISH TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN:
Children and adults lightweight full hand bag gloves, thumb must be covered. Fingerless or MMA style gloves not allowed.
